I thought you guys would be able to point me in the right direction. If I do workouts based on a DVD, it's usually DVD's that I own or ones that I borrow from Hoopla.I started last year with Jillian's 30 Day Shred and "graduated" to all other DVD's Jillian and now onto Bob.
The level three workout was definitely a step above the second workout.Jillian's dvds are pretty much the only exercise I do apart from walking once or twice a week, but I do these workouts almost every day for the past 2 weeks and totally addicted to the results!
